Something Incredibly Stupid

I get stupid stuff posted on my youtube account all the time, but this one took the cake and ran a marathon with it. I laughed out loud when I got it.
Subject: GOOD LUCK TO YOU ! Body: But to be credible to people seeking answers, you must first have a body. Respectfully you have no shoulders traps, arms or chest. And I am not talking about huge muscles. Just the size that indicates you have actually put in time in a gym, Again good luck to you!!Of course when I went to this guy’s youtube page he had no picture for comparison, and no videos.
On the interent nobody knows you’re a 14yr old kid just pulling stuff out your butt.

I’ve been noticing a problem with my clients recently: While on the one hand they are thrilled with how much fat they lose, how much muscle they gain and how much better their energy levels are; on the other hand in the back of their mind they are thinking, “I’m eating all of these egg yolks, all this beef and cheese, am I going to give myself a heart attack?”

This lingering doubt is so deep that even one of my clients who got OFF of cholesterol and high blood pressure meds by eating a TON of saturated fat and high cholesterol food, still has trouble believing his own results! Read more
Funny Story

Did you know that when you get your pants taken in they do it by moving the butt pockets closer together? I found that out the hard way!
I got my favorite black slacks taken in last year. While my waist was smaller, my butt muscles were bigger (nice if you’re a white guy) because of my workouts. At my rehearsal diner I split my pants from the top of my butt to half way down my thigh.
Who knows how long I was walking around my own party with butt literally hanging out.

Mine actually ripped farther down!

You know how you usually think of lobster as a very special and expensive treat? Well, not this year. Since people consider lobster to be a luxury food, demand is way, way down this year, and supply is way, way up thanks to really good oversight of fishing practices.
More supply + less demand = cheaper lobster.
It’s actually cheaper than steak right now. So, my fiancé (will be my wife tomorrow!) and I have been taking advantage.

I ate the other 5 before I could take this picture.
This weekend we went to Harris Teeter and got 8 lobster tails for about $21. (A year ago I think that one lobster tail in a restaurant was $20.)

Heavy Weights and Tiny Women: Lifting Heavy Makes Women Shrink

I Got Beat By A Girl
The most I have ever picked up in a deadlift is 315 pounds. 105 pound Stephanie Kubik can deadlift 320 pounds. Does she look bulky to you?
