Monday Munchies: MG’s Super Shake!!

Michelle, a rock star fitness coach here at The Body You Want Fitness Solutions creates amazing tasting shakes. So many of the members ask her what she is drinking we thought it might be easier if we gave you the recipe here. We hope you enjoy!
MG’s Super Shake

Maybe we will get a shake mixer at the gym??!!
Mix the below all together in a shaker cup:
1. splash of grass fed heavy cream
2. splash of unsweetened coconut milk
3. 3 scoops of vanilla True Whey (about 20 grams of protein. This is only 1 scoop of the protein powder I use)
4. sprinkle of cinnamon + pumpkin pie spice mix
5. water and tons of ice
