Monday Munchies: Peanut Sauce
Grilled chicken or beef can occasionally get a little tiring to the ol’ taste buds and we know we should beware of most sauces coming from a restaurant because they contain a ton of hidden ingredients including sugar.
So why not make your own?! Peanut sauce goes great with chicken, shrimp, and beef. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish and keeps well for a few days in the refrigerator.

Healthy and compliant.
The Peanut Sauce: Ingredients
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 teaspoon of Splenda or other low carb sweetener
1/2 tablespoon Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste
The Peanut Sauce: Directions
1. Add all ingredients to boiling water. Stir, lower heat, and simmer until it thickens some: about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Let cool to desired temp and enjoy!
