Monday Munchies: Post Holiday Bounce Back
Team TBYW hopes you had a delicious and thankful holiday with your family and friends!

Do not try this at home!
But we realize you may be feeling a bit more tired than usual, your pants might be a bit more snug, and there is a small chance your stomach is not as happy as it was before digging in to some of your favorite treats (hey, we had Thanksgiving too and know what happens). This post is dedicated to helping you bounce back from a holiday muffin top and getting you energized and ready for the new year (and all the parties between now and then).
You may have heard these 3 tips before but remembering and practicing them are key.
1. Drink plenty of water. Drink up! On a daily basis you should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water. This is just to stay hydrated. Making sure you re-hydrate yourself after traveling, enjoying a few cocktails, and also being indoors in dry heated areas will help keep cravings at bay, flush out your system, and will help with dry winter skin.

Look for BPA Free bottles to carry around with you.
2. Eat like a caveman. Fill up on green veggies and protein and skip anything processed. ‘nuf said.

Great for any meal.
3. Get in a workout. We want to encourage you to get back into your regular workout routine ASAP if you haven’t done so already.
