Monday Munchies: Salmon Cakes

Another amazing recipe brought to us by Gail, Josef’s mom. She is an amazing cook and we love having dinner at her house. She paired Salmon Cakes (kind of like a crab cake) with zucchini pancakes.

Who's ready for dinner?

Ingredients:

1can salmon

1egg beaten

I tsp dry mustard

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

2T almond flour

1 small minced shallot sauted in1T butter

Black pepper

Lemon juice

 

Directions:

1. Mix well, form small cakes and sauté in butter on the stove.
