Monday Munchies: Sauerkraut and Sausage

I know it’s not Monday but please forgive me as I have been too busy making these and enjoying them to tell you about it! This is a super simple, simple, and delicious summer recipe (or also good for a hearty mean in the winter).

Remember to keep it bun-less!
Ingredients:
Beef hot dogs or your favorite sausage (nitrate free!)
Sauerkraut
Mustard
Swiss Cheese
Directions:
1. Grill hot dogs until done (on the grill or on the stove top in a grill pan!)
2. Warm kraut on top of the dog.
3. Add cheese and let melt.
4. Serve and add mustard if desired!
