Monday Munchies: TBYW Pumpkin Spice Coffee

One of my favorite things about fall is the return of pumpkin! Pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream, and especially pumpkin spice coffees!

Unfortunately, these pumpkin treats pack lots of sugars and bad carbs so I came up with an easy alternative for your morning joe – TBYW’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee!

Ingredients:

1 pack instant coffee (yes I do not own a coffee maker and actually like these:))

Grass fed cream

Vanilla extract

EZ-Sweetz (2oz – Liquid Sweetener 800 Servings/Bottle)

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:

Heat water or make coffee as directed. Add 1/2 cap of vanilla extract, 2 drops (or less) of EZ Sweetz, teaspoon or your liking of pie spice, 1 tablespoon or your liking of cream. Enjoy!

This is such an easy, quick, and inexpensive treat you can enjoy all fall and winter without worrying how that swimsuit will look next summer.
