Monday Munchies: Thanksgiving Treats!
Last week a member asked me what I was cooking for Thanksgiving and if I had any low carb/clean eating recipes. This blog post is for her and all of you with the same question. Thanksgiving is actually a pretty easy meal and food holiday you can enjoy while still eating clean and for your goals.

Other options include green beans, collard greens, brussel sprouts…basically any green vegetable.

I need to lose weight by friday; preferably like a stone, but just as much as i can really.
