Hi TBYW Fans!  It’s Natillie again with another Monday recipe.  I don’t know a single person who does not love the taste and warm feeling a great muffin can cause. However, most muffins will leave you with an unshapely muffin top! Muffin tops are not wanted here, so I have tried and sampled several beach body loving muffins. Try the recipe below and let me know how you like it and how you made it your own.

You can bake muffins with fresh or frozen fruit in them or without and change up the spices. For these muffins I added a bunch of cinnamon and a small handful or blueberries to each muffin before baking.
